Roosters and chickens… I prefer roosters ! Chickens are mean.
When I lived in the counrtyside with my husband, we had roosters and chickens. The hens bit the rooster’s feet until they bleed.
And the fantasy to go to pick my own fresh eggs to make a yellow omelette because we fed them only with organic grain, is a charming … fantasy !
Then the foxes or my dog, then divorce, then back to Paris, then no more chickens …. !!!!!!
For a while I sold my famous eggs in the shop, that was the funniest part ot the story …!
